Sarah Cruse

Sarah Cruse has a degree in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara.  She is a certified Sound Healer and Energy Medicine practitioner.  Sarah specializes in trauma clearing and Mindfulness Education.

Sarah offers Remote Energy Medicine, Trauma Clearing and Mindfulness Consultations. Flexible rates apply when appropriate.

“I am in love with the exquisite nature of subtle energy, and believe deeply in the healing power of heart based attention and emotional attunement.  In my experience there is an emergent quality of being that can heal all things, and by heal, I mean to bring into right relationship, to embody one’s true nature, all the way from the level of soul to the physical expression of self.  That emergence begins with listening, and from that place of attention and receptivity, attunement naturally arises.  It is my intention to journey with you into all of the places that healing calls and bring them into vibrational resonance and alignment.  With the light of awareness may our precious bodies sing uninhibited and full of love.”

Ruth O’Donnell

Ruth O’Donnell, M.S, Kinesiology – Movement Sciences, Medical Reiki Practitioner, Master Level lll

“I’ve been a lifelong student of the human body and its mysteries. Working in the industry of health education for more than 25 years, I’ve learned that the more I learn, the less I know. The human body and all of its fleshy spirited contents is a brilliant, magnificent and magical healing machine and we are using only a tiny portion of our potential.

My current focus of study is in the paradigm shift of handing health care responsibility back to each individual, where it belongs. That is to say, you can and should learn to trust yourself first. You can. And you can do that by learning to inhabit the body you live in. You can learn to inhabit the body you live in by moving your body in the creative manner in which you were designed to move (think fitness without pain). You have a body whose hardware and software are designed to last a 100 years  – without pain. My work is in helping people awaken to this idea again because we have been conditioned that is not so.

I help people reawaken to trusting themselves by offering Remote Reiki sessions and Movement Education Classes that are fun and not painful.”

Remote services and flexible pricing available.

Cody Jussel

Cody graduated with a Master’s in Kinesiology from A.T. Still’s College of Graduate Health Studies with a dual major in adaptive sports and corrective exercise/orthopedic rehab. But, long before that, Cody began her journey in movement as a dancer both instructing and performing locally and internationally.

It was through the dance community that Cody discovered Pilates. Pilates gave Cody insight into the way in which thoughtful movement can enhance connections throughout the body and allow movers (that’s everyone!) to build a strong foundation based on sound biomechanical principals.

Cody obtained her CrossFit level 1 certificate and has continued to work on bridging the gap between the development of kinesthetic awareness via Pilates and strength and power via CrossFit. Cody holds certifications in Pilates from the Midwest Pilates Institute and the PMA has her CrossFit L1, is a certified functional trainer for adaptive athletes through MobilityWod, and holds her PN-L1 from precision nutrition.

As an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500), Leah brings extensive training and experience to a personalized yoga session, co-created for your goals and needs. “With precise anatomical detail, we look to the body to discern where we have tension, stored traumas, blockages that may inhibit how we show up to our lives. From there, we examine these blockages, and how to apply the tools gained on the mat to daily life. Our time together will focus deeply on structure and alignment, on breathwork and relaxation, and nervous system regulation. I bring a trauma-informed container, meaning your felt sense of safety and agency in your body is my top priority.”
