CARE (Community Alliance for Resilience and Equity) is a collaboration between three organizations — Livity Rising, Acupuncturists Without Boarders, and the Integrative Healers Action Network - whose partnership was forged helping California communities heal from the 2020 CZU fires.

Today, we bring our shared knowledge and experience directly to farmworkers and other vulnerable communities on the Central Coast who are affected by disasters, environmental devastation, poverty, and social injustice. We work alongside social and cultural organizations already rooted in these communities and show up consistently, so that families can receive care without fear.

Community-led and trauma-informed, CARE provides 3 ongoing clinics offering acupuncture, massage, chiropractic care, herbal medicine, nutrition, and culturally grounded self-care education. In surveys, 95% of our patients report reduced pain, 80% report lower stress.

In 2025, Colectivo CARE reached a major milestone, delivering 10,000 treatments to farmworkers and their families.

We also launched a three-year initiative for adults over 60, to reduce chronic pain, improve mobility, and support the overall well-being of highly vulnerable elders.

 Pay It Forward!

Monetary gifts and donations are greatly appreciated and support the plethora of free  wellness services we provide to those in need.
